USLAN BCF

Bulked Continuous Filament (BCF) yarns are engineered to provide high crimp levels and outstanding resilience, making them particularly suitable for flooring applications where durability, comfort, and dimensional stability are essential. Thanks to their advanced structure, BCF yarns offer excellent bulk and surface coverage while minimizing material consumption, delivering both cost efficiency and superior performance.

In addition, tricolor yarn options can be incorporated to enhance the visual texture and aesthetic richness of the final product. This allows manufacturers to achieve greater design versatility while maintaining the functional strength and long-term performance required in demanding flooring applications.

The system supports a wide range of polymer types, including PET, PA, PP, PBT, PLA, and HDPE. Depending on the design configuration, the machine can operate with 2 or 3 yarn ends and offers flexible production setups with single, double, or triple positions, as well as multiples of these configurations.

The production line is capable of reaching line speeds of up to 3500 m/min, depending on the selected production denier and overall capacity requirements. The yarn linear density per end ranges from 800 to 5000 dtex, while the filament linear density varies between 1 and 40 dtex per filament.

The number of filaments depends on the spinneret design and can reach up to a maximum configuration of 3 × 200 filaments.

Key integrated features of the system include a yarn sensor, an automated yarn cutting device, and a power analyzer for improved monitoring and process control. The system also supports raw material spinning capability and allows the use of various spinneret hole cross-sections to achieve different yarn structures. Additionally, tricolor cam roller and CPC applications are available, enabling enhanced product design flexibility and advanced processing capabilities.
